1. POST

All incoming post should remain untouched for 24 hours and get sprayed with anti-bacterial substance before touching it.

2. OFFICE STAFF

Place antibacterial gel for the hands and spray for the shoes outside the main entrance. All office staff should use them both before entering the building.
Upon their entrance, they should go through the reception in order to have their temperature taken with the use of a remote thermometer. In case one’s temperature is higher than normal, DO NOT proceed to workplace.
In case a member of your staff appears to have suspicious symptoms, he/she must immediately visit a medical center in order to take the covid-19 test.
If the test turns out positive, notify the National Organization for Public Health (NOPH) immediately so as to get relevant guidance and proceed to all necessary actions.
If the test turns out negative, in accordance with NOPH instructions, the employee can return to duties 24 hours after full recovery from fever with no medicine use.
Send reminders and instructions regarding covid-19 to your staff regularly.

3. VISITS TO CLIENTS

Staff members who pay visits to clients should always use masks and if deemed necessary gloves, as well.

4. PREMISES

Place posters for the proper use of masks and hand-washing in various spots within the premises.
Air the offices regularly.
Disinfect staircases and elevators daily.
Regularly disinfect toilets, taps, switches and other shared objects.
Always keep distance from one another.

5. VISITORS

Visitors should only enter the premises strictly after having made an appointment. Avoid crowding with a large number of visitors at the same time.
No visitor should enter the premises wearing no mask or having suspicious symptoms.
Visitors must wear masks at all times while in the building. In case they do not have their own, you should provide them with one.
Before entering the building ask them to use the antibacterial gel for the hands and spray for the shoes you have placed outside the main entrance.
Upon their entrance, they should go through the reception in order to have their temperature taken with the use of a remote thermometer.
Use log books to write down their full names, entry and exit time, reason for visiting and have them sign that they carry no symptoms and have not been in contact with a covid-19 incident.

6. CORPORATE VEHICLES

It is advisable to appoint one sole driver for each car, if possible.
All corporate vehicles should have disinfectants in order to cleanse driving wheels, clutch, etc, as well as available masks.
Air the vehicle regularly.
No more than 2 persons must enter the car and in such a case they must both wear masks at all times.
